At the meeting point of movement and silence, three distinct techniques offer space for renewal. As morning light stretches across the landscape, Sun Salutations greet the day with warmth and rhythm. Later, Awakening Yoga invites a flowing sequence where breath and posture deepen gradually, strengthening body and focus alike. Yoga Sangraha draws on classical techniques (asanas, kriya, and pranayama) to expand capacity, cultivate balance, and settle the nervous system.
Sessions unfold either indoors or in open air, shaped by season and weather. Mats and props are always prepared.
