This via ferrata is popular with the Alpini for good reason. The hike starts from the parking lot of the Col Gallina refuge from where a zig-zag path starts through the trees and passes under the Falzarego towers. Rising along the southern face of the Col dei Bos pyramid, it offers a mix of steep climbs and gentle sections, ending in a scenic plateau above the Ampezzo basin. This is one of the 4 via ferratas in Cortina that can also be climbed in winter.
