    Beneath expert hands and floured boards, fresh pasta takes shape. Spaghetti alla chitarra, firm and golden, ready to meet the rich simplicity of a cacio e pepe sauce. This class is part recipe, part ritual: an invitation to understand a dish from the inside out. Led by the in-house culinary team, the experience ends not only with shared flavours, but with a dish specially prepared by the Chef as a closing gesture.
